Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We utilize FedEx Ground or UPS Ground to ship our orders.  Larger orders may ship via a LTL Freight carrier, in which case a person will need to be available to receive and sign off on the delivery.

Depending on the time of day you place the order, the order will be prepared and shipped either the same day or the next business day.  This is not a guarantee.  If you require expedited shipping, please contact us beforehand.

*Standard Shipping is for products that do not qualify for surcharges imposed by the shipping companies due to size and weight.  Some items that do not qualify as standard shipping are benches, some net post systems, large order of windscreens etc.  Please contact us with any questions or for a shipping quote.

**For our shipping purposes, a US resident is defined as living in the continental United States.  Residents of Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Island and Alaska do not qualify for our free or flat rate shipping prices.  However, these residents will receive a discounted shipping price.  Please contact us for a quote (orders@tennissuppliesandequipment.com).

**For some locations in the US that are remote (islands or rural), our fixed shipping rates may not apply.  In these cases, we will provide you with a revised rate based on your location and you can decide if you want to move forward with the order.  If you reside in one of these types of locations, please call us before placing an order so we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote.

 

 

Estimated Delivery Date and Transit Times

  • During the check-out process, we provide an estimated delivery date for orders shipping via FedEx or UPS.  This is an estimated delivery date that in most cases, under normal circumstances, is accurate.  However, it is not a guarantee.
  • Weather related conditions, FedEx/UPS service issues or other circumstances can effect the delivery date.
  • The estimated delivery date is for FedEx or UPS services only (generally packages under 75 lbs).  The estimated delivery date does not apply to orders that must ship via a LTL carrier (large items or heavy items).
  • If you need an order to deliver by a certain date, please give us a call.  Please do not rely only on the estimated delivery date.

 

 

Returns Policy

Please inspect all items upon delivery to make sure it is the correct item.  Please keep the original shipping carton until you are certain the item is correct.  For any shipping related issues (damage and/or missing items) you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible to pay the cost to ship the product back to us.

You may return some opened items within 30 days of delivery for a partial or full refund depending on the product.  However, the product must be returned in its original carton.

You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
