How We Use This Information
Information collected through this system is used exclusively to send operational SMS notifications between the business owner and warehouse staff. Specifically:
- To notify warehouse personnel when a new order has been added to the pipeline
- To notify the business owner when an order has been marked as shipped
No information collected through this system is used for marketing purposes.
SMS Notifications
Our SMS notification program sends automated text messages to authorized internal employees only. These messages are strictly operational in nature. Message frequency varies based on order volume. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any personal information collected through this system with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to operate the SMS notification service (e.g., Twilio, our SMS delivery provider).
Data Security
Order and contact data is stored securely using Google Firebase. Access to this system is restricted by PIN authentication and is limited to authorized personnel only.
Data Retention
Order records are removed from the system upon shipment confirmation. Phone numbers are retained only as long as the employee remains part of the notification program.
